A five-star hotel restroom in marble and brass

Restroom Scenting

Make every restroom smell like a five-star hotel.

One dollar a day, per bathroom. We fit it, we refill it, we change the batteries. You never think about it again.

Why it never gets done

It falls through the cracks in every business.

Ask who is responsible for how the restroom smells and you will not get a straight answer. It is not facilities, because it is not a repair. It is not housekeeping, because it is not on the checklist. It is not the manager, because there are twenty other things on fire.

So it becomes nobody's job. The plug-in runs dry in March and nobody notices until a guest says something in June. Somebody buys a refill at the supermarket, it does not match, and it sits in a cupboard. The batteries die and the unit stays on the wall, doing nothing, for months.

Almost nobody is actually doing this well. That is exactly why doing it well gets noticed.

A restroom is the one room in your building where a guest is alone with their impression of you. They will not compliment it. They will absolutely remember it.

The plan

A dollar a day, and it is off your plate.

No equipment to buy, no ordering, no maintenance ticket, no supermarket refills that smell like somebody else's idea of clean. We mount the unit, we set the schedule, and we come back on a cadence that matches your traffic.

Any size

Two restrooms or sixty. Same dollar.

The price does not change with the size of your building. It changes with how many rooms you want handled.

Property Restrooms Per month
Restaurant, one men's and one women's 2 $60
Boutique hotel lobby and amenity floors 6 $180
Medical or professional building 12 $360
Ten-floor office tower, six per floor 60 $1,800

Figures shown at $1 per day per restroom on a 30-day month. Buildings above roughly forty rooms are usually better served by a site survey, since a few larger units in the ductwork can cover shared corridors more cheaply than a diffuser in every room.

The unit

Discreet enough that nobody asks about it.

White and gold, roughly the size of a hand dryer control, mounted where it will not be knocked. It runs on a seven-day schedule, so it can be quieter overnight and stronger through a lunch rush.

It locks, so the reservoir cannot be opened or tampered with by the public, and it runs on batteries when there is no outlet near where it needs to go.

Questions

The things people ask first.

What happens if we are outside Palm Beach or Broward?

We supply the same unit and the same oils and you run it yourself. Refills ship on a standing schedule so they arrive before you run out. You lose the visit, not the result.

How often do you actually come?

It depends on traffic and intensity. A busy restaurant restroom is a different job from a quiet floor in an office building. We set a cadence after the first month of real use rather than guessing on day one.

Can different rooms have different scents?

Yes. Most properties choose one scent so the building reads as one place, but a spa floor or a restaurant often wants its own.

Is it safe around food service?

The unit atomises pure fragrance oil into a dry vapour. There is no heat, no water and no residue on surfaces. Placement still matters near open kitchens, which is part of what the survey is for.

What if we hate the scent?

We change it. The reservoir is separate from the machine, so switching fragrance does not mean flushing or replacing anything.

Is there a contract?

Month to month. If it stops being worth a dollar a day, tell us and we will come take it off the wall.

How many restrooms do you have?

Tell us the number and roughly how busy they get. We will come back with a cadence and a monthly figure, and if your building is better served another way we will say so.
