Which unit do I need?
It depends on air volume, not floor area, so ceiling height matters as much as square footage. Tell us the space and we will size it with you before you commit to anything.
Can it run through our HVAC?
The NL2500 and NL5000 can run standalone or tie straight into your ductwork. The N250 mounts on a wall, and the NL360 mounts on a wall or sits on a counter.
Do you install it?
In Palm Beach, Broward and Martin County, yes: on a service plan we install, program and look after the unit, including concierge refills. Elsewhere we ship it configured and walk your team through mounting and programming.
What oil does it use?
Any of our 43 Nēbu fragrance oils, in 100 ml, 250 ml and 500 ml bottles. They pour straight in. No water and no mixing.
Can we smell the fragrances first?
Local properties can request up to five samples from the fragrance library, and we help you choose on a walkthrough of the property.
What is the best commercial scent diffuser for a business?
The one sized to your air volume. A cold-air commercial scent machine on a programmable schedule, tied into the HVAC where there is one, gives the most even scent. Small rooms such as restrooms suit the NL360, a lobby or office suits the NL2500, and a whole floor or resort suits the NL5000.
