How long does an install take?
Most installs take under 20 minutes, and almost all under 30.
Where does the unit connect to the system?
The unit feeds the supply duct right where the cold air leaves the air handler. A thin line carries the scent from the unit, mounted beside the air handler, into the duct.
Will the oil coat the coil or the blower wheel?
Nēbu units are cold-air diffusers: no heat and no water, and the scent enters the supply side after the coil. We do not publish coil or blower test data, so we will not promise anything we have not tested. Check the unit at every maintenance visit, as you would anything else on the system.
What warranty comes with the unit?
Units carry a 12-month warranty. For the equipment you connect to, follow the manufacturer's guidance.
Are there safety documents for the oils?
SDS and IFRA documentation available on request. We sell fragrance, not air treatment, so please make no health claims to customers.
Do I have to carry stock?
No. Tell us how you like to work and we will set it up when you contact us.
