Commercial air freshener and odor control
Commercial air freshener systems that control odor instead of covering it.
Clean the source first. Then a scheduled scent system keeps the space pleasant between cleanings, without the spray, the cans or the cupboard of refills.
The short answer
What is a commercial air freshener system?
A commercial air freshener system is a fixed unit that releases fragrance on a programmed schedule across a business space, in place of aerosol cans, gels or plug-ins. Nēbu 360's systems range from the $110 NL360 for a single room up to 400 sq ft to the $1,999 NL5000, which connects to the HVAC and covers up to 180,000 cubic feet.
No fragrance removes the cause of an odor. The honest order is: find and clean the source, improve ventilation, then use scent to keep the space consistently pleasant.
The order that works
How do you control odor in a commercial building?
1. Find the source
Dry floor-drain traps, soaked grout, a dumpster pad near an intake, a damp carpet under a leak. Most "mystery smells" have an address.
2. Clean it, properly
Enzyme cleaners for organic residue, degreasing for kitchens, and a schedule someone owns. This step does the heavy lifting.
3. Move the air
Check exhaust fans run and returns are not blocked. In Florida, humidity control matters as much as cleaning.
4. Scent to maintain
A scheduled unit keeps the room smelling fresh between cleanings, at a level set for the room and the hours it is used.
We do not sell an odor-neutralizing oil today. Our systems target odor with fragrance, placement and scheduling, and we will tell you when a problem needs a plumber or a cleaning crew rather than us.

Aerosol dispenser, gel or scent system: which commercial air freshener is best?
If you searched for a commercial odor eliminator, this table is the plain version of what each product actually does.
| Product | Best at | Weak at | Coverage |
|---|---|---|---|
| Aerosol dispenser | Cheap to install in a single restroom | Bursts and fades, can residue, constant can orders | One small room |
| Gel, cartridge or plug-in | Zero setup | Strong then faint, runs 24/7, no control | A closet or desk |
| Enzyme or odor-control spray | Treating a soiled surface during cleaning | Does nothing for the air between cleans | The spot you spray |
| Cold-air scent system | Even, scheduled fragrance across rooms or a floor | Will not fix a dirty or leaking source | 400 sq ft to 180,000 cu ft |

Questions
Commercial air freshener questions.
What is the best commercial air freshener for a business?
For one small room, a scheduled battery unit such as the $110 NL360 is the simplest upgrade from aerosol cans. For corridors, lobbies or whole floors, a cold-air scent system sized to the air volume gives even fragrance during business hours only. In every case, clean the odor source first.
Does a commercial odor eliminator actually eliminate odor?
Cleaning products and enzyme treatments remove odor at the source. Fragrance products, including Nēbu 360's scent systems, make a space smell pleasant but do not remove the cause, so a persistent smell usually points to drains, residue, moisture or ventilation.
How is a scent system different from an aerosol dispenser?
An aerosol dispenser fires a wet burst on a timer from a can. A cold-air scent system turns fragrance oil into a fine dry mist at a set level and schedule, covers far more space per unit, and is refilled from a bottle rather than a branded can.
Can Nēbu 360 handle it for us?
In Palm Beach, Broward and Martin counties, yes: we survey, install and refill on a schedule, and small rooms are $1 per room per day through Room-by-Room Scenting. Elsewhere in the US, we ship the units and oil free and help you set them up by phone.
