Broward County
Commercial scenting in Fort Lauderdale.
Waterfront residential towers, Las Olas hospitality, and the airport and port hotel corridor.
Fort Lauderdale is the largest single market in our service area and the most varied. Waterfront condominium towers, the hospitality along Las Olas, and a dense corridor of hotels serving the airport and the port are three genuinely different businesses.
The condominium towers are the ones people underestimate. A residential lobby is not a hotel lobby: the same hundred people pass through it every day, they own the building, and they will tell the board exactly what they think.
What we scent here
The properties that call us in Fort Lauderdale.
Waterfront residential towers
Lobbies, elevator vestibules and amenity decks. Board approval is the real process here, not the install.
Las Olas hotels and restaurants
Dense, competitive, and mostly a front-of-house and restroom brief.
Airport and port hotels
High turnover, arrivals at all hours, and a lobby that has to work at 6am as well as 6pm.
Worth knowing
Residential boards are a different sale.
In a condominium tower nobody is a guest. Residents pay for the lobby, and a scent introduced without consultation reads as something done to them rather than for them.
The approach that works is a trial: one unit, one lobby, low output, a defined period, and a straightforward way for residents to say they dislike it. Boards approve trials far more readily than contracts, and a trial that residents stop noticing in a good way tends to become permanent on its own.
How it works here
Fort Lauderdale is inside our service area.
That means we survey the space in person, install and program the unit, and come back on a cadence to refill the oil and change the batteries. You are not ordering supplies or raising maintenance tickets.
Nearby
We cover the whole corridor.
